All of our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches with care. Processing and shipping times vary depending on whether the item is ready to ship or made to order:
• Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders for jewelry that is already completed will be processed and shipped within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Made-to-Order or Preorder Items:
These pieces are handmade once your order is placed. Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before shipping. Production time may vary slightly depending on our workload and material availability.
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our craftsmanship.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) or other trusted carriers.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
• International Orders (if applicable): Delivery times vary by country and may take several weeks due to customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
if you realize an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
