At The Yellow Mare Silver Co LLC, each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are considered final except in cases of verified defects. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
- Defective Items Only
- We accept refund requests solely for items that arrive defective or damaged as a result of our workmanship.
• To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of the item’s delivery as shown by carrier tracking.
• Requests submitted after the 48-hour period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Verification Process
To initiate a claim, please email yellowmaresilverco@yahoo.com with:
• Your full name and order number,
• Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage, and
• A brief description of the issue.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims. If the defect is confirmed, you may be offered either a full refund or a replacement of the same item, at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable & Custom Items
All non-defective items are final sale.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Custom or made-to-order jewelry,
• Preorder pieces,
• Sale or discounted items.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted for these products once payment has been received.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for securely packaging the item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label only if the return is due to an error on our part. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
5. Final Determination
The Yellow Mare Silver Co LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the terms outlined in this policy.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by this policy.
